CHILD PROTECTION SERVICES
In response to the increasing number of children who are being exposed to child abuse and neglect, Commonwealth, State and Territory Governments have agreed to work together to implement a comprehensive national approach to protecting children.
The National framework for protecting Australia's children outlines an ambitious, long term national approach to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of Australian children. It aims to deliver a substantial and sustained reduction in levels of child abuse and neglect.
RESOURCING PARENTS
encourage and assist not-for-profit agencies (for example pre-schools, early intervention services, health, non-government agencies, councils, schools) to deliver parenting information, support and education initiatives to families in their community who have children aged 0-8 years.
HEAD SPACE
HEAD SPACE
is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds, along with assistance in promoting young peoples’ wellbeing. This covers four core areas: mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services.

We offer a range of services including Child and Family Health, Youth Health, Sydney District Nursing, Palliative Care, Sexual Health Services and more.
